I’ve been a consumer bankruptcy lawyer for over 29 years, working to help New Yorkers find a better way of life. In order to create a practice that provided the greatest protection available to consumers, I have been drawn into the realm of consumer bankruptcy litigation and mortgage servicer abuse at a level not experienced by most other lawyers in my field.

The press has begun to turn to me for my unique insights into the plight of New Yorkers who struggle with overdue bills and harassment from bill collectors and mortgage companies.
